Svacchandanath – Sruti

“The Tantras, composed between the 8th and the 1th century, regard themselves as Sruti. Among these the Shaiva Agamas, are said to have been revealed by Shiva himself and are foundational texts for Shaiva Siddhanta.[82]

This whole journey through Wikipedia started because I wanted to know if Marijuana was associated with Shiva in any way (I had a hunch it did…bhang, cannabis etc) but its good to build on superficial knowledge, always!

Om Namah Shivay…

Om Namah Shivaya

To All My Dear Mentors!
I just wanted to take the time to write this letter in your appreciation.
Thank you for being there for me through my best and worst times.
The month of November is an auspicious month for me this year. I’ve decided to set aside some time each day to meditate and pray at a local temple and at my house for the well-being of all of the elders in my life who’ve shared with me their wisdom, for all the teachers who give their best efforts out of an intrinsic motivation to see their students grow, for the good health of all my loved ones and of course, for myself – to cultivate the wisdom and courage to continue leading a life of good purpose and doing conscientious work that I seek out and which comes my way.
I hope you’re all doing well and are in good health.
Thank you very much for your time, energy, efforts over the years in helping sustain our community and for your presence in my life.
With gratitude,
Sincerely,
Suma
